East Pavilion - Nursing Home Care

East Pavilion is a long-term care residential facility, providing professional health care in a home-like atmosphere. Our private and semi-private resident rooms are equipped with oxygen, nurse communication systems, electric beds, built-in wardrobes, vanities, and attached bathrooms.

An individualized care plan designed to meet the special needs of each resident is developed by the East Pavilion staff in collaboration with the resident's doctor and other health care providers. The comfort and health of every resident are continually monitored.

Licensed nurses are on duty 24-hours-a-day and Southampton Memorial Hospital-affiliated doctors are on call around-the-clock for emergency and non-routine situations.

Regular activities designed to meet the residents' recreational, social, and spiritual needs are offered, including Bible study, bingo parties, church services, craft projects, and volunteer visitations.

The residents of East Pavilion are part of an active, loving community. East Pavilion's total program encourages friendship and support, which are very important to health and comfort.

Skilled Nursing Care

Patients who do not require the specialized care of a hospital but need more intensive services than a nursing home provides can receive around-the-clock skilled nursing, daily skilled rehabilitation, and other medical services as needed. In addition, we have physicians on-call 24-hours-a-day.
